Founded in 2022, OurVision merges graphic, product, industrial, and faith-based media design to create global branding solutions that fuse creativity with strategy. As a devoutly faith-based company, we are established on Christian principles and governed by biblical truth. Our work sustains/provides our daily needs while providing a platform to reflect Christlike character through ongoing growth, service, and witness.

With over two decades of national and international design experience, we've collaborated with consulting and corporate strategy teams, contributing to product development, branding, and market placement.

Our work with renowned brands like the Chicago Sun-Times, American Airlines Center, JCPenney, Russell Simmons Jewelry, Stridex, Van Heusen, Zales, Ironman Fitness, DKNY, Bissell, Swingline, and more, reaching both national and global sales.

The inspiration and foundation for OurVision, originally "Realistic Imaginations," were God-given in 2001 while I was a student at SIUC. This divine inspiration empowered me to finish school, graduate with the IDSA Merit Award, serve as SIUC ID Chapter President and Secretary, win the OBD portfolio excellence award, be mentored by Historic Designer Charles Harrison Industrial Designer, become a Rickert Ziebold Finalist, and SIUC Reach Trust Award recipient. I also worked as a Graphic Artist for the Collegiate Newspaper and Morris library in my tenure.

After graduation, I gained valuable experience at companies like Insight Product Development (Chicago, IL), AOTL, Inc., and Inventables, Inc., before being hired as a Associate Watch Designer for DKNY/Fossil (Richardson, TX.) My journey then took a significant turn when I became a full-time member, teacher, and disciple at my first home church, called by God himself (2004.)

What began as a design project during my sophomore year in college (2001) has truly become a God-made journey.

Our main website page, which features content-aware media, was originally created to support Church and Ministry development. In keeping with our integrity-driven approach, we do not list prices for worship-related services. Instead, we provide these offerings through consultancy to ensure that our creative direction remains rooted in service, not profit.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is a landmark federal law that prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity), and national origin.

It applies to employers with 15 or more employees, including private employers, state and local governments, and the federal government.

While providing the entire text of a comprehensive federal statute in a simple answer is impractical due to its length and the numerous amendments over the years, I can provide you with the core provisions and key aspects of Title VII:

Title VII makes it unlawful for an employer to:

• Fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This covers all aspects of employment, including:
• Limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. This prevents practices like assigning individuals to specific jobs or departments based on their protected characteristics.
• Discriminate against any individual because of his or her opposition to any practice made an unlawful employment practice by this subchapter, or because he has made a charge, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing under this subchapter. This is the "anti-retaliation" provision, protecting individuals who complain about discrimination or participate in an EEOC investigation or lawsuit.
• Print or publish or cause to be printed or published any notice or advertisement relating to employment indicating any preference, limitation, specification, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin, except when religion, sex, or national origin is a bona fide occupational qualification for employment.

We would like to publicly declare that, since 2004, we have committed our lives to our Lord Jesus Christ and to all Biblical principles that are sound, wholesome, lawful, and conducive to a peaceful life ( 1 Tim 2:2.) Our goal is to represent Christ to all—without force or indoctrination.

There are millions of Christians in secular workplaces, and we will not condone any form of hatred, exclusion, or discrimination toward any person, in full regard for the Civil Rights Act of 1964—enacted under President Lyndon B. Johnson and championed by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We pray that content-aware-media is an ambassador into secular realms as well as our intent to represent Christ. Hostin media, artwork and design development free of: Sorcery, debauchery, gore, murder, theft, slander, sensuality, malice, rebellion, biasedness, and any form of discrimination (globally.) We also, according to, (1 Tim 2:2) will adhere and respect presidential orders and administration to be supportive of the Small Business Administration in the United States as developers of Brand Identity and media.

Our first partnership with Adfreegames was a service for Mobile and Desktop Gaming. With a filter, for parents and moderators, to exclude games that had certain connotations in media that by beliefs are against their values, primarily Christian principles. As of March of 2024, in the preferences, of a $10/yr gaming service the option to filter these games was a must in a sea of media that has elements that work against certain family values. As Christians we denounce sorcery and there was not many gaming companies that has that option. Respectfully to their format, the option, there we pray, is supportive to healthy family values.

In response to global needs, we will not participate in any practices that discriminate against individuals in matters of worship, work, or housing, anywhere in the world. There are many opportunists and antagonists who, for personal gain or advantage, attempt to deny our rights to fair housing, employment, and worship. We denounce such actions and actors, and we pursue accountability through legal channels, church leadership, and amicable, forward-moving solutions to ensure equity for all people.

We will not partner with anyone who refuses to pursue healthy resolution through lawful mediation, church leadership, or respectful dialogue. We denounce all practices that oppose sound doctrine, wholesome values, family integrity, respect for the law, church leadership, congregations, or the greater community.

We will not engage in any form of warfare (2 Tim 2:24)—our lives are consecrated to holiness, separated from sin, and devoted to service. The healthy direction of Christ. (Rom 13:12)

We remain fully accountable to local law enforcement and to churches in the communities where we live and conduct business, respectfully serving as stewards of brands and creative properties on behalf of people globally.

We will not associate with individuals who refuse to be accountable to legal, civic, or church authorities for the sake of transparency and mediation. As our design work expands across states and countries, we affirm that we will not partner with anyone who cannot be held accountable to legal bodies, mediation processes, or church leadership—ensuring transparency and equitable living and working conditions for all.

• We honor the Holy Worship of churches and not effeminate the authority of Christ by business (we aim in our support). But biblically recognize God used Bezaleel, masons, carpenters, and more. We pray to be a supportive service, not a demand, or to use the Lord for merchandise. To print books you need a publisher, or print a poster: paper, ink, and more.
• For different scales and equity for all classes we have tiered products and services. Our Vision Launchpad and shop will host all free products, from the Lord in us, for all people. We will not be unbalanced in our God given design knowledge and ability and for our free products and for God's Churches plan to give the highest echelon of design God can help us muster.

We stand in solidarity with our friends around the world to denounce and condemn all forms of abuse and or hatred — from those who mistreat leaders to those who harm either the poor and or the elderly. As firm supporters of civil rights for all people equally, we will represent in our outreach a four-month stand in prayer and action for equity, peace, and humility. We believe this period is vital to affirm the God-given callings, rights, education, and purposes of all persons, and we trust it will be recognized among our fellow professionals, brothers, and sisters.
