Return & Refund Policy

At OurVision: Creative Design Services and Resources, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality products, digital resources, and professional creative services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Digital downloads

• Custom or personalized products

• Print-on-demand products

• Graphic design services

• Website design and development services

• Web hosting services

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with photographs of the damaged item or packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We gladly replace defective or damaged merchandise whenever inventory permits. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• An incorrect item was shipped.

• The item arrived damaged.

• The item is covered under warranty.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, educational resources, templates, artwork, online materials, memberships, and electronic files are final once access has been granted, except where prohibited by applicable law.
