For Safety Precautions as we host creative properties and also three educational fellowship groups for art and design for all ages (0-99+.) The fellowship groups are welcome by parents, pastors, and educators to help moderate so we can develop healthy creatives. The collection of cookies helps us identify predators that can lurk on any type of information. We provide those cookies in the beginning.

Service Usage

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services. We also, for art and education,, welcome all parents for all our content-awareness for your families and moderation. Being a faith-foundation company, we pray we are adequate serving the Civil Rights Act, that our messages (visual and literal) are not to force or indoctrinate, especially a minor or young adult having a creative website. (Which draws attention by games, art, and media.) We are ambassadors and believe in consecration to overcome. We are not debaters and of those who generate strife with other religions.

Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, and text, belongs to OurVision and may not be copied without permission. All rights to use imagery are inclusive with watermarks to respect our partnerships. All client designs, if properties are headed o commercial production, should be accompanied by NDA's which allow both visual communication and deliverables to be shared publicly or with third-party development. 

Payment & Refunds

• Payments must be completed before the delivery of any service.
• Refunds follow our return policy outlined below.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of our terms or fraudulent activity.

• Custom design services are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Print orders are eligible for a refund only if there is a defect in the final product.

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days if approved.

All original content and designs created by OurVision are owned by us unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may use purchased designs for their intended purpose but may not resell or redistribute them.

3. Copyright Infringement

OurVision reserves the right to showcase completed client projects in our portfolio, Website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Rights

Clients who wish to keep their projects private must request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the project begins.
